Locus Robotics is seeking a remote Business Development Representative to support their European commercial territories in Germany, Poland, and the Netherlands. This full-time role requires B2B sales experience and fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities

  • Support the growth of European commercial territories by creating qualified sales opportunities with target accounts.
  • Research accounts, engage logistics and operations leaders, qualify interest, and create high-quality meetings.
  • Work from a defined target-account strategy, proven sales plays, and structured coaching.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1+ year of experience in B2B sales or an SDR/BDR role.
  • Proficiency with prospecting and sales enablement tools (Salesloft/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce).
  • Native or fluent level German and excellent English communication skills.
