About the Role

Apollo.io is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving pipeline growth by identifying and engaging with potential clients. You will work closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads, contributing directly to the company’s revenue objectives.

  • Proactively identify and research target accounts and key stakeholders within them.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through various channels, including email, phone, and social media.
  • Qualify inbound leads and effectively communicate Apollo.io’s value proposition.
  • Schedule and conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
