Performance Marketing Lead at ThriveHub | Mangalore

ThriveHub is seeking a remote Performance Marketing Lead in Mangalore for a full-time contract position. This role involves owning acquisition strategies and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital channels.

About the Role

ThriveHub works with DTC founders to scale revenue through performance marketing. This is a hands-on role in a lean, fast-moving environment where you will directly impact revenue. You will be responsible for scaling paid channels, building creative systems, and continuously improving performance through disciplined testing and iteration. This is a full-time remote contract role.

• Own acquisition performance end to end across paid and organic channels.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google (Search and YouTube), and TikTok.
• Run and scale app campaigns (installs and in-app events) across Meta and Google.
• Manage and grow organic social channels with a clear focus on performance and consistency.
• Own the creative process end to end, from sourcing and briefing to execution and testing.
