Eskimi is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager in Poland to drive market growth and manage client relationships. This remote role requires 4+ years of experience in digital advertising or sales.
About the Role
As a key member, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key clients, while also actively identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. Collaborating closely with our customer service, marketing, and product teams, you will ensure our clients receive top-notch service and support to achieve their goals. We are looking to expand our team in Poland with a Senior Business Development Manager to complement our existing sales team and drive further market growth!
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Growth: Actively seek new business opportunities and generate demand with top-tier agencies and direct clients across the region.
- Develop and manage relationships with key clients.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with customer service, marketing, and product teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven success in digital advertising and/or digital sales, with a track record of closing deals and hitting targets.
- A deep understanding of the digital media landscape and how to navigate it.
- A strong, established network of contacts within advertising agencies and major brands.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in the local language and a strong command of written and spoken English.
