You will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and process payments to vendors.
• Maintain the accounts payable ledger.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounts payable.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
