Hack The Box is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. This role is crucial for helping cybersecurity professionals and organizations enhance their cyber-attack readiness. You will be responsible for budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling, analyzing financial data, conducting variance analysis, and preparing management reports. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with business objectives and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance will be key.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the financial planning and budgeting process, aligning financial goals with business objectives.
• Developing and maintaining financial models to support decision-making and provide insightful analysis.
• Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Generating precise and up-to-date financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance evaluations, and preparing materials for board presentations.
• Collaborating with business partners to optimize financial performance and drive cost efficiency.
• Providing financial guidance and support to executive management.
• Participating in strategic planning and forecasting activities.
• Ensuring compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
