TheFork is seeking a remote Senior HR Operations Specialist in France to manage the full employee lifecycle and HR initiatives. A Bachelor's in HR, 3-5 years of experience, and knowledge of German labor law are required.

Responsibilities

• Own the full employee lifecycle, manage HR documents, enhance HRIS, and lead talent acquisition and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and create employee-first practices.
• Use people data and pulse surveys to shape decisions and improve team health.

Qualifications
