About the Role:

Solugen is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their remote team. This role will focus on accounts receivable, client account management, and tax preparation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with CAS & Tax processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts and ensure accurate billing and tax reporting.
• Prepare and review tax returns and financial statements.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Provide support for internal and external audits.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and accounting regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• CPA or EA certification required.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on CAS & Tax.
• Proficiency in accounting software and tax preparation software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
