Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee transitions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and HR policies.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday).
