Chainguard is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our remote team. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales team to help drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential clients across the Benelux region using various lead generation techniques.
• Conduct thorough research on prospects to identify their specific needs and pain points.
• Generate a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads by meeting or exceeding targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on prospect interactions.

Qualifications

• Based in the Netherlands with native or fluent Dutch language skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce).
