Trilogy is seeking a remote Finance Systems Expert, Auditor, or Controller in Poland. This role involves driving productivity improvements and managing a large team within a 100% remote structure.

Role Overview

You will be part of Trilogy’s finance function, which runs over 100 acquired software companies. This is a 100% remote team that creates standard best practices for each task and process. You will learn more in 1 month here than in a year working anywhere else.

Responsibilities

• Drive metrics-based weekly productivity improvements in a 100% remote working environment.
• Continuously improve the quality of your team’s output in a centralized structure, hiring, coaching, and managing up to 100+ individual contributors.
• Leverage your financial expertise, knowledge, and judgment to set a personal standard for excellence.

Requirements

• Expertise in finance systems, auditing, or controlling.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage senior relationships.
• Experience setting stretch goals and driving productivity improvements.
