This remote role, based in Poland, will involve managing onboarding, compliance, and payroll processes. You will ensure smooth HR operations and maintain accurate employee data.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support payroll processing and administration.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS.
  • Provide HR support to employees and management.
  • Liaise with local authorities and external providers as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR administration.
  • Knowledge of German labor law is a plus.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Fluency in German and English is required.
