About the Role

Crossover is looking for a Finance Systems Expert to join their finance function, which runs over 100 acquired software companies. This role involves simplifying, standardizing, and automating finance processes and operations. You will play a significant role in the acquisition of organizations and lead the transformation of acquired companies in your field of financial expertise within a 90-day timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Simplify, standardize, and automate finance processes and operations.
• Lead the transformation of acquired companies in financial expertise.
• Establish metrics and structure improvement goals to streamline processes.
• Achieve industry excellence in performance and business value delivery.
• Manage senior relationships and drive metrics-based weekly productivity improvements.

Candidate Requirements

• Solid accounting and finance fundamentals (US GAAP or IFRS).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience with financial systems and ERPs.
• Ability to set stretch goals and drive productivity improvements in a remote environment.
• CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA or MBA preferred.
