• Provide HR generalist support to multiple clients.
• Manage and audit HR systems, including Rippling, for employee records and organizational structure.
• Administer benefits and equity programs, including open enrollment, carrier coordination, and 401k.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure tax compliance.
• E-Verify new US hires and manage compliance processes.
