About the Role

Nutrafol is seeking an inquisitive, data-driven, and entrepreneurial Finance Manager who will be responsible for analyzing and leveraging data to support strategic and financial decision making across Nutrafol’s Amazon channel. As a key member of the finance team, you will enhance Nutrafol’s operating model, analyze channel performance, and provide ongoing guidance to the Nutrafol executive team.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the month-end close process for Amazon channel expenses, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and forecasting revenue.
• Overseeing the reconciliation of accrual and prepaid expense accounts.
• Owning, maintaining, and enhancing company financial and operating models.
• Providing monthly financial variance analysis and leading budget/operational review meetings.
• Offering strategic guidance using analytics initiatives such as business/economic/financial modeling.
