Finance Manager at Trilogy | Poland

Trilogy is seeking a remote Finance Manager in Poland to simplify and automate finance processes across its portfolio of software companies. This full-time role requires a degree in Accounting or Finance and significant professional experience.

Responsibilities:

• Simplify, standardize, and automate finance processes and operations for over 100 acquired software companies.
• Learn and implement best practices in a 100% remote team environment.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Accounting or Finance.
• A recognized professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Experience on at least five audits involving a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Accounting or finance experience within an organization with at least $100M USD in revenue.
• People-management experience with direct responsibility for finance or accounting professionals.
• Hands-on experience across AP, AR/customer invoicing, bank and control-account reconciliations, and revenue and spend allocation.
