Finom is seeking a remote Finance Manager in the Netherlands to manage financial planning and shape their Savings & Investments products. The role requires 5+ years of fintech experience.

Finom is simplifying entrepreneurs’ lives by integrating banking, accounting, and financial management into a seamless mobile-first platform. We are seeking a Finance Manager to own FINOM’s Savings & Investments products, shaping financial tools for thousands of small business owners.

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Develop and oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.
• Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, product management, or a related fintech area.
• Familiarity with MiFID regulations.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
