MIKO is looking for a remote Senior Accountant with US Accounting experience in Maharashtra. This role involves mentoring junior staff, ensuring US GAAP compliance, and managing financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior accounting staff and review their work for accuracy.
• Ensure accounting and reporting are in line with applicable accounting standards (US GAAP).
• Perform month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Assist with audits and tax filings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in US accounting and hands-on experience with a range of accounting software.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
