Trilogy seeks a remote Finance Manager in Mumbai to standardize and automate finance processes across 100+ acquired software companies. Requires experience with large revenue companies and AI tools.

About the Role

You will be part of Trilogy’s finance function, which runs over 100 acquired software companies and continues to grow. We create a standard best practice for each task and process with a single, 100% remote team. You will learn more in 1 month here than in a year working anywhere else. We are global and 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the finance function for acquired software companies.
• Standardize, simplify, and automate finance processes.
• Lead the transformation of an acquired company in your field of financial expertise within a 90-day timeframe.
• Set stretch goals and drive metrics-based weekly productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• Accounting or finance experience within an organization with at least $100M USD in revenue.
• People-management experience with direct responsibility for finance or accounting professionals.
• Hands-on experience across AP, AR/customer invoicing, bank and control-account reconciliations, and revenue and spend allocation.
• Experience incorporating AI or LLM tools into at least one recurring work process.
• Ability to work US business hours.
