ACCA Careers is seeking a remote Senior GL Accountant in Krakow, Poland for an 18-month contract. This role involves independent management of full accounting responsibilities and supporting US-based accounting transactions. Strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations is required.

Responsibilities

• Independent management of the company’s full accounting.
• Ensuring that reporting complies with accounting standards.
• Very good knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.
• Experience in independently maintaining the accounting books of a company.
• Support the US Corporate Accounting team with operationalizing US-based accounting transactions.

Qualifications

• Very good knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.
• Experience in independently maintaining accounting books.
• Ability to work closely with businesses and international accounting colleagues.
• Proficiency in English.
