About the Role

FinTech Innovations is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance operations remotely. You will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring financial compliance. This is a full-time, remote position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Manage cash flow and optimize financial performance.
• Lead and mentor the finance team.
• Collaborate with senior management on financial matters.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Fluency in French and English is a plus.
