About the Role

Global Solutions Corp. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our remote team in Poland. You will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments from customers. This is a full-time, remote position.

Responsibilities

• Process customer invoices and payments.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare aging reports and cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with company credit policies.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures.
• Liaise with sales and customer service teams on billing issues.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Strong understanding of AR principles and collection processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
