• Build Contour Education’s India people function.
• Own employee relations, exits, compliance, performance, compensation, attrition, and engagement for 100+ offshore employees.
• Provide strategic HR support and coaching to regional leadership teams to drive organizational effectiveness and business objectives.
• Lead change management initiatives across the EMEIA region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a global or remote-first environment.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR operations.
