Responsibilities

• Serve as a hands-on HR partner managing employee relations, investigations, leaves and accommodations, workers’ compensation, and compliance.
• Advise leaders on performance and corrective action, design and deliver manager training, track case documentation, and partner with Legal, Benefits, Payroll, and operations to ensure consistent, legally compliant employment practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, investigations, and compliance.
• Experience in advising leaders on performance management and corrective actions.
