This role involves managing compliant employee exits and employee relations for Remote’s global employment platform. You will advise international clients across jurisdictions and improve asynchronous HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee offboarding and transitions across international jurisdictions.
• Ensure legal compliance in all employee exit processes.
• Provide first-level employee relations support.
• Advise international clients on employee relations matters.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives in HR operations.

Qualifications
