Valkyrie Enterprises is seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to oversee the acquisition process for business opportunities of strategic importance to FNR growth objectives. This role is crucial for accelerating the iterative evolution of technologies and delivery of capabilities to the warfighter and Intelligence Community (IC) by developing integrated solutions across technologies, venues, processes, and products.

The successful candidate will bring a solutions-oriented approach to business development, strong customer engagement skills, technical fluency within range and RDT&E environments, and the ability to execute rapid and non-traditional acquisition efforts. This position will focus on shaping opportunities around the incubation of technologies, venues, processes, products, and solutions that accelerate iterative technology evolution and delivery of capability to the warfighter and Intelligence Community.

• Lead an FNR business development portfolio to execute corporate growth strategies, goals, and milestones.
• Shape opportunities around the incubation of technologies, venues, processes, products, and solutions.
• Manage full life-cycle business development and capture activities, including opportunity identification, competitive analysis, capture strategy development, team building, proposal support, pricing strategy, and preparation for contract award.
• Manage, maintain, enhance, and execute a competitive and sustainable new-business pipeline aligned with actual Department of War (DoW) and Intelligence Community (IC) requirements.
