Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) – Remote India

Innovate Solutions India is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to support our growing remote workforce across India. This role will involve partnering with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a consultant to management on HR-related issues
• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
• Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives

Requirements:

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years as an HRBP
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
