About the Role

Centene Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance FP&A for a remote position based anywhere in the US. This role will oversee the maintenance of revenue forecast functions, with an emphasis on membership reporting and modeling. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial reports, conducting financial and business analyses, and developing multi-year membership and revenue projection models.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the preparation of financial reports related to key revenue drivers.
• Assessing and modeling market penetration based on sales/marketing and provider network metrics.
• Developing scenario planning and event-driven analysis for membership volume impact.
• Managing the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Developing and managing financial/data analysts to drive continuous improvement.

This is a full-time position that requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Previous management experience is also required.
