Seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support to technology, data science, and sales leadership. This is a full-time, remote position.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team. This role will provide strategic HR partnership to senior leaders within the Digital Technology, Data Science & AI, and Commercial Sales & Customer Experience divisions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with senior leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Driving employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive work environment.
• Overseeing organizational design and development to support business growth.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Providing guidance and support on performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
