Nexcess is seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance Manager to drive financial insights, forecasting accuracy, and business performance. This role serves as a key business partner to Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership, owning the revenue forecast and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proactive, “can-do” attitude who thrives in a collaborative environment.

• Own the FP&A close process for revenue, managing key metrics like MRR and bookings.
• Act as a key business partner to business unit and GTM leadership.
• Manage the monthly revenue forecast model, executing processes and tracking KPIs.
• Collaborate with Data and BI teams for revenue-related data management.
• Create and maintain corporate reporting to assess revenue performance with variance analysis.
• Prepare board materials, contributing insights for business presentations.
• Facilitate budget reporting processes, leading discussions on variances and forecasts.
• Respond to ad hoc financial analysis requests from leadership.
