About the Role

CyCognito is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their growing team. This is a remote, quota-carrying role focused on building pipeline across the US East and Central regions through outbound prospecting into strategic accounts. You will be responsible for engaging decision-makers, booking qualified meetings for Regional Sales Managers, and driving demand generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, social media) to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Qualify inbound leads and outbound prospects against Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Managers and Marketing to execute territory plans and convert demand into pipeline.
  • Tailor messaging by role, industry, and current initiatives to resonate with prospects.
  • Utilize sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn/Sales Navigator) to manage outreach, document qualification, and track outcomes.
