TaxInBusiness is looking for an Accounts Assistant to support their clients with accounting tasks. This role involves posting documents, managing client communication, and analyzing accounting accounts. The position is remote after a trial period.

• Posting of documents, cost invoices, income invoices, and bank statements.
• Communication with clients.
• Ongoing analysis of accounting accounts and reconciliation of settlements.
• Control of customer payments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting.
• Experience in accounting for sole proprietorships and commercial companies.
• General knowledge of tax and accounting law.
• Experience in an accounting office is welcome.
• High organizational skills.
