TECHMER P.M is seeking a strategic and driven Business Development Manager to join our fully remote team. This role is pivotal in driving product and market growth by expanding distribution channels, strengthening partner relationships, and optimizing portfolio and service performance. You will be responsible for setting ambitious growth targets, championing innovation, and enabling operational excellence to ensure our competitive positioning and long-term success across evolving markets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing growth plans for distribution channels across various regions and vertical markets.
• Setting clear growth targets for each distributor and tracking/reporting performance against KPIs.
• Identifying and cultivating high-potential accounts, partnering with Sales and Marketing to deploy tailored growth strategies focused on margin improvement and pipeline development.
• Co-funding, coordinating, and executing joint marketing campaigns (webinars, email marketing, social media pushes) with distribution partners.
