Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers, including medical directors, practice managers, HR leaders, and credentialing teams.
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities.
• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate staffing needs and timelines for healthcare facilities.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and account managers to match candidates with client requirements.
• Document and track all activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM tools like Salesforce or Bullhorn.
• Monitor industry trends, specialty demands, and competitor strategies.
• Facilitate contract negotiations and ensure successful transitions to account management teams.
• Meet or exceed sourcing and pipeline generation targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
