Manage financial reporting, forecasting, and support strategic decisions in a fast-moving startup. Requires 4-7 years of finance experience and strong reporting skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full accounting cycle, conduct financial closures for Lithuanian and foreign entities, and ensure compliance in audits.
• Candidates need 4-5 years in accounting, understanding of Lithuanian GAAP, IFRS, and expertise with ERP software and Excel.
