DailyRemote is looking for remote Accountants in India to manage AP/AR functions and cash flow. This full-time position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and Indian regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Play a critical role in cash flow management and supporting audit and tax processes.
• Own the month-end and quarter-end close processes for the India exchange entity, including journal entries and financial statement preparation.
• Drive maintenance of parallel books under US GAAP and Ind AS while ensuring compliance with Indian regulatory requirements.
• Build a cash flow tracker and manage India-specific payroll and statutory compliance filings.

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail and a strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Experience with bookkeeping, reconciliation, and accounts payable.
• Knowledge of Indian regulatory requirements and US GAAP/Ind AS.
