Global Payments is seeking a remote Accounts Payable Clerk in India to process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently. This role involves verifying invoices, preparing vendor payments, and maintaining vendor records.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Prepare and process payments to vendors.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end closing activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
