• Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding and approvals.
• Schedule and process payments to vendors.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain the accounts payable ledger.
• Assist with month-end closing activities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in accounts payable.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of AP processes and principles.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
