The Role: We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our sales team. This full-time remote position focuses on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the UAE and broader GCC region. You will be instrumental in expanding our market reach and contributing to our aggressive growth targets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound prospecting activities (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to generate new leads.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria and set up meetings for the Account Executives.
• Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers and influencers.
• Understand prospective client needs and articulate the value proposition of our SaaS solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong research and prospecting abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
