About the Role

This role serves as the primary strategic lead for the Go-To-Market organization, translating data into actionable insights to drive revenue strategy and profitable growth. Responsibilities include leading annual financial planning, managing revenue forecasting models, and partnering with cross-functional leaders to optimize investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual financial planning and budgeting for Go-To-Market teams.
• Develop and manage revenue forecasting models.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and other GTM leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
• Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights.
• Optimize investment decisions to maximize ROI.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), preferably in a GTM or sales finance role.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and business models.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
