DoiT is seeking a remote Finance and Accounting Manager in the Netherlands to manage global payroll operations and tax compliance. This role requires extensive experience in international payroll regulations.

About the Role

Manage end-to-end global payroll operations and tax compliance across more than 15 countries. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of international payroll regulations and best practices.

• Oversee all aspects of global payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage relationships with third-party payroll providers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international payroll laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in global payroll management.
• Strong knowledge of international payroll regulations and tax compliance.
• Experience with various payroll systems and HRIS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
