Finance Manager at Full Circle | France

Full Circle is seeking a Remote Finance Manager in France to lead month-end close and oversee accounting operations. The role involves statutory reporting and financial partnership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close process and oversee day-to-day accounting operations for the French entity.
• Prepare and submit statutory reports, including VAT and CIS.
• Manage relationships with external accounting firms and tax advisors.
• Support corporate income tax, CFE/CVAE and annual accounts activities.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions across international operations.
• Deliver monthly management reporting to headquarters, including budget-versus-actual analysis, forecasts and commentary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational goals.
• Assist with statutory audits by providing documentation and timely responses.
• Maintain internal controls and improve local finance processes.
• Act as a finance partner to local leadership and the Group Finance team.

Requirements

• Experience in financial management and accounting.
• Knowledge of French statutory reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software.
