About the Role

GXO Logistics is seeking a Finance Manager to join their dynamic team. This remote position involves acting as a primary contact for regional operational performance, developing solutions for complex situations, and contributing to the company’s growth. You will partner with Project Managers to track and manage project spending, work with executives to gather data, and utilize financial KPIs to manage project spends.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and delivering standard reporting to support vertical leaders using various software (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle ERP, Oracle ePBCS).
• Ensuring profitability targets are met and evaluating potential return on invested capital for proposed projects.
• Overseeing the authority for expenditure process, creating templates for operational/financial KPIs, and developing detective controls.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years in financial analysis, planning, accounting, and/or budgeting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytic software is required. Experience with Oracle Projects is a plus.
