About the Role

Nutrafol is seeking an inquisitive, data-driven, and entrepreneurial Finance Manager to analyze and leverage data to support strategic and financial decision-making across Nutrafol’s Amazon channel. As a key member of the finance team, you will enhance Nutrafol’s operating model, analyze channel performance, and provide ongoing guidance to the Nutrafol executive team. You must be a highly driven and focused individual that can work well with Finance and cross-functional partners at all levels. You will be expected to problem-solve, drive process improvements, and exercise sound business judgment.

Responsibilities include:

• Support the team in the month-end close process for Amazon channel expenses, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and forecasting revenue.
• Analyze channel performance and provide insights to the executive team.
• Drive process improvements within the finance function.
• Exercise sound business judgment in financial decision-making.
