Key Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis & Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage financial risks. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure financial stability.
• Internal Controls: Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Investment and Banking Operations: Devise valuation principles and accounting policies. Provide timely investment reporting. Monitor banking operations. Manage working capital and cash flow.
• Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial statements. Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.
• Audit Coordination: Coordinate external audits and regulatory examinations. Address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
• Team Management: Lead, train, and develop finance teams.

Qualifications

• CA or equivalent with 15+ years of experience in Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Analysis, Risk Management, Internal Controls, Banking Operations, Working Capital Management, Financial Reporting, Regulatory Compliance, Audit Coordination, Team Management, and Investment Operations.
