About the Role

Luxury Stay Hotels is seeking a motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to manage our remote housekeeping operations. You will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across our properties. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to luxury standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Train and supervise housekeeping team members.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
