Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
- Assist employees with routine HR questions and requests.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Support in screening and interviewing applicants.
- Assist with payroll preparation and orienting new employees.
- Administer employee benefit programs.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in HR administration or a related field is a plus.
