• Provide world-class HR administration for employees in Germany, ensuring smooth onboarding, compliance, payroll, and employee support.
• Manage HR processes and documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain HR data integrity within HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, including onboarding, payroll, and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
