• Act as a strategic HR partner to assigned business units.
• Provide guidance on talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
• Support organizational design and change management initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR policies and programs.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and best practices.
• Excellent consulting, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience in a global organization is a plus.
