The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and excellent communication skills.

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Develop and implement employee engagement programs.
• Manage HR policies and ensure compliance.
• Provide HR support to employees and management.
• Analyze HR data and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HRIS and other HR software.
